To our valued Clients,
Due to the local, state, and national plans put in place, LGK Computers will be doing REMOTE service ONLY -Effective immediately- (Unless it is urgent and cannot be done remotely) which we will assess case by case. A declared Emergency will be billed at Emergency rate for all Contract and Non- contract clients. Once again, we will asses necessity on a case by case basis. We will still run emergency system down response at normal emergency rates, while following all precautions.
This will help us protect you and us! IF it is absolutely necessary to come on site, we will. We will be using common sense and following precautionary plans put in place by the CDC and WHO.
Remote service allows us to fix many of your issues without needing to come on site, and usually quicker than waiting on a service call!
